When does registration begin?
Fall 2009:
Member Priority
Registration: Monday, August 10th
Registration Open to the
Public: Wednesday, August 12th
Please Register EARLY!
Where do I register?
You can register online
(credit cards only); in-person at the MBJCC; mail it to the MBJCC;
or fax it. If one of the above registration methods
doesn’t work for you, we will gladly assist
you over the phone.

Is there a registration deadline and if so, when is
it?
YES, there is a
deadline! ALL registrations must be
submitted by 12 PM on
Friday, August 28th (unless otherwise noted). Registration will reopen on
Monday, August 31st
for any class that has not yet reached maximum capacity.
Only
classes with sufficient registration will meet during the first week of
programming.
What happens if I register for a class that doesn’t
reach minimum
capacity by the registration deadline?
Should this occur, the
first class session will be postponed and all registrants will be
notified (via
e-mail)by 4 PM on the Friday prior to the first week of classes.
If minimum capacity is reached within one
week, the class will begin during the 2nd week
and all class fees
will be prorated as such. Otherwise, the
class will be canceled and all registrants
will receive a full refund. During this time a participant may choose to withdrawal at any point
and receive a full refund.
The JCC
reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient registration.
Can my child sample a class?
Unfortunately, we cannot
allow any child to participate in a class prior to receiving his/her
registration and payment; however, your child is welcome to observe part of a
class while
accompaniedby a parent/guardian.

What are the MBJCC’s payment, refund, and financial
assistance policies?
Registrations will NOT be
processed without full payment. Members must be in good standing
(current in
dues payments for the duration of the program) in order to register or receive
member discounts.
